Generating a new contract (for next half-year term)

If you have already been a member of our civic association, you don’t need to register, only generate a new contract for next half-year term.

Step 1 – Visit page http://userpanel.pcklub.sk

Changing language by clicking on English flag is optional.

 

Step 2. Login using your login name, which is your name.surname .

Step 3. On navigation bar, click on Documents. Then on the left-down side click Generate application for civic association. New contract will appears and on the right side you can download it. Don’t forget to choose correct contract.
